Vanilla Python on Laravel Cloud

Logs

Write a line here, then compare this page’s output with Application logs.

Minimum level is Warning. laravel-cloud-logging is off, so the form uses the standard library logger. Levels below the minimum write nothing. The default formatter leaves extra out.

Write a log

Optional. Passed as logging’s extra=. With the Cloud package on, these appear under context. The default text formatter leaves them out.

Exceptions

Log a caught exception, or let the process record an unhandled one.

Vanilla Python only

print() has no level and skips the logging module. print() also drops extra.

Cloud’s proxy writes access logs for each request. Those are not in this pane.

Process output

Newest line first. The pane keeps 300 lines. stdout, stderr, and the Cloud socket. Each line is the exact text written, and it is still written there.
